church this Sunday (August 21) is scheduled for the Watsons, at 6:30 PM. If you can't make it, please let them know so that alternate plans can be made (the last few sundays fell through at the last minute due to lack of people...)

House Church cancelled August 7
There will be no house church this Sunday (August 7 2005) due to lack of
interest. Just kidding! Actually there weren't enough people who could
make it, including Wendolyn whose house it was to be at. Anyway, all the
best to everyone in there various activities.
Those who are interested can hear Judith play with the "Cape St. Mary's
All-Stars" on Sunday at around 3:50 PM at the Folk Festival, Bannerman Park.
The group is headed by a man named Delf who is a very good musician with
decades of experience in various folk genres (not traditional Newfoundland,
though.) In particular, he has played with the likes of Pete Seeger,
Simon's personal musical hero.
The next service will be August 14th at the Thiessens. I will try to
remember to remind all next week.
